A general way to raise the temperature of plastic greenhouses is to use a boiler heater, which also raises soil temperature. However, this means leaves need to sweat more than necessary, which decreases their mineral absorption rate. They only absorb water in turn, leading to frail, weak seedlings. Thus, irradiating cultivated seedlings in soil with infrared radiation will diffuse far infrared radiation into the soil and promote the absorption of nitrogen, phosphoric acid, and potassium from the roots.
More than just heating the roots, using far infrared radiation will increase mineral content absorption and help raise stronger seedlings.
